Introduction
Prof. K.K Ahuja is presently serving as a Professor of Eminence & Chairman Academic Senate at Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management & Research, New Delhi. He has an experience of more than 40 years and has managed diversified profiles in various leading Public Undertaking and Private Organizations. He was the Director on the board of various companies of Dalmia Group - Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd. (GHCL), Colwell & Salmon Communications India Ltd, Dalmia Brothers and Sree Meenakshi Mills Ltd.
He was the General Manager – Human Resource of Usha International and Chief Personnel Division of Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals (IDPL).
He is a qualified Management Professional and has done B.Sc, B.E. (Mechanical), Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Master of Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and M.S. (Industrial Relations) from Templeton College, Oxford University, U.K. besides possessing Diploma in Labour Laws from Indian Institute of Law. |
